What if my artwork is discontinued or backordered?
Despite our efforts to accurately maintain our inventory and availability, occasionally a source or publisher may suddenly run out of, or discontinue an image. Every effort is made on our part to prevent this occurrence by constantly monitoring availability. If, however the ordered item should “sell out” or become discontinued, we will immediately notify you via email and credit your charge card in the full amount of the ordered item. If an item is back-ordered, you will immediately be notified via email and you may elect to either wait for the item or cancel the ordered item. It is your responsibility to respond to us within 30 days of your email notification or the order will automatically be cancelled and the full amount of the back-ordered item will be credited to your charge card. If the back-ordered item is part of a multiple order, we will hold the available item(s) until you notify us of your decision, or we will happily ship the available items and complete your order upon availability of the back-ordered item ( at no additional charge to you). It is therefore very important that you respond to your email notification as soon as possible
