What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us at CustServ@ARTinaClick.com as to the nature of the problem. We will email you the next business day as to how we will rectify the problem. If it is a manufacturing defect, we would typically send a UPS Call Tag to pick up the artwork and make the necessary repair. If the shipping company were responsible for the damage, we would contact them and have it inspected and subsequently returned to us. In either case we guarantee to make the necessary repair and return it to you within seven days of our receiving the damages item back at our facility. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL. DO NOT send back a damaged item for any reason without a Return Authorization (RA) number from ARTinaClick.com. The RA# will be included in our email response to your original damage claim
